We know that vintage pedals can break down - hey, some pedals on our site are 40+ years old. So, what sets BVP apart from just purchasing a vintage pedal on an auction site or other online listing site - it's the included warranty that comes standard with all vintage pedal purchases!
All vintage pedals purchased from our store include a 30 day full warranty for ANY problems related to the function or operation of the pedal that occur under normal stress. Simply show the receipt of purchase and we will honor the included warranty for the first 30 days.
Please understand that we do not cover things such as broken knobs, pots and jacks due to abuse. Additionally, if you attempt to fix an issue yourelf or adjust trim pot settings, this may also void your warranty. However, we will still attempt to repair problems that are not covered under warranty at a very reasonable price. Please use our CONTACT page for all warranty and non-warranty related requests.
Our 1 year warranty option is our best seller. Purchase an additional 12 months of insurance for only $19 and ensure peace of mind for your valuable vintage pedal. The 1 year warranty option is the favorite choice among touring musicians as travel can be tough on vintage pedals.
