Disclaimer

Q. Why isn't every vintage pedal in perfect shape?

A.  The majority of our products are vintage and used. Some of them can have wear and might have gone through minor modifications by previous owners.

Even though all our products are thoroughly tested and not displayed without preventive care (such as cleaning "scratchy" pots, replacing damaged battery connectors, etc), they are sold "as is" due to their age. We believe in selling pedals that work properly while maintaining as much of the original parts as possible.  We attempt to list any important notes about the pedals such as missing or replaced knobs, screws, etc, however, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Buy Vintage Pedals with any questions before purchasing.

EXAMPLE: The original knobs of the effects pedal were replaced or the original battery cover of the effects pedal was replaced by a non-original battery cover, etc.

Q. I have an issue with my pedal after I received it; what do I do now?

A.  The pedals that we rent and sell are vintage; they are bound to have occasional issues.  If you receive the pedal and it does not work correctly, please contact us and we will have the pedal fixed immediately at no cost.  Occasionally there are things that we don't notice or discover about pedals.  We never try to hide any information about pedals, but we are bound to miss something.  If you have an issue, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.  If you receive the pedal and modify it or attempt to fix it before contacting us, the pedal cannot be returned and the sale is final.
